I joined Tom Ford Beauty at the early stage of its global expansion, when the brand was valued at $2 million and operated by a five-person team within The Estée Lauder Companies. Working in close partnership with the Tom Ford fashion house, we developed and produced the beauty division with a focus on luxury, craftsmanship, and brand integrity. As the company evolved into a $2 billion global business, I transitioned to the dedicated packaging team as the organization expanded into divisions across campaigns, digital, visual merchandising, and product development. Scope of work: design and concept development of primary packaging systems, including component renderings, colorways, and surface treatments such as embossing, etching, foil stamping, specialty glass finishes, cap and collar decoration. I partnered closely with comp houses, global vendors, and manufacturing suppliers to produce production-ready design turnover files while overseeing material reviews and approvals across fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, and holiday gift collections.
